This week in Philly: March 15, 2017

Sedna makes a Yod to the Sun/Vulcanus with the apex at Jupiter in the second house of the Nation’s debt &  natural resources.  The midpoint seems to be Uranus 23.09 Aries, a Man dreaming in wakeful awareness in the 8th House.

  •  The Yod this week points to a Eigthth – Second House bias.  This pattern highlights a problem with the country as a whole unwilling to give up its excess and trim its budget.  It’s a difficult placement because so much relies upon political will and with Saturn in the Fourth House, that is rather absent.
  • Sedna was discovered on November 14th, 2003 at 17 degrees of  Taurus 58 that has the Sabian Symbol of “A Battle between swords & torches, ” with its exaltation of  “commonplace activity.”  It is  one of the most distant bodies found in our solar system and its closest approach to the sun is greater than Pluto’s normal distance from Earth.
  • Sedna’s orbit is about 2,300 years shy of an exact match to a half cycle of precession,  the direction of the earth’s axis when pointing to the same spot in space.  This ignores the Earth’s gravitational wobble but was used historically because  pre-Galileo,  no one knew about Solar gravitational waves.
  • Sedna is  named for an Inuit goddess who was mutilated.  Natally shows on the chart where a person either suffers victimization or has great fear and here on this mundane chart is showing the fear of the US public giving up its goodies to be free of foreign ownership.  When it strongly aspected it depicts “Freedom” and “Adventure.”
